# Charitable Giving Program & Audit · Commit

## 01Current status

Commit has not yet completed a public charitable giving reporting period. No charitable giving report has been audited, and no independent auditor has been engaged.

Commit is not a fundraising platform. A forfeited stake is a Commit service fee, not a donation by the user. Commit may make separate charitable contributions from its own revenue and report those contributions here once real activity exists.

### Audit status

Until a real reporting period closes and a real independent review is completed, the public audit status is Audited by · TBD.

## 02How it works

Any collected stake is a service fee paid to Cognitive Health Research LLC d/b/a Commit. The funds become Commit's property when collected. They are not held in trust, in custody, in a separate holding account, or in any agency capacity for the user, a charity, or any third party.

For commitments where a user selected a charity-related category, Commit may allocate a disclosed portion of its own revenue to charitable organizations. Those contributions, if made, are corporate contributions by Commit, not donations made by the user.

## 03Allocation framework

Unless a different allocation is clearly shown to the user at the time of signing a Commitment Agreement, Commit uses this framework:

- Commit retains 15% of the gross collected stake, including processing costs, and may allocate the remaining 85% through the Charitable Giving Program.

- Anti-charity / opposing cause, if offered

- Commit retains 50% of the gross collected stake plus payment processing costs, and may allocate the remaining amount through the Charitable Giving Program.

Allocations are reported in aggregate. Commit does not provide per-user charitable accounting.

## 04Current charity list

The following organizations may appear in the app as example or selectable charity destinations. Public amounts remain zero until real charitable giving occurs.

Listing an organization does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation unless Commit states that relationship in writing.

## 05Audit & transparency

Commit intends to publish periodic giving updates after real charitable allocations and disbursements exist.

Until an actual audit or independent review is complete, this page will continue to state Audited by · TBD. Commit will not publish invented disbursements, invented audit reports, invented auditor names, invented law firms, or unverified charity totals.

## 06Important legal disclosures

### Commit is not a charity

Commit is operated by Cognitive Health Research LLC d/b/a Commit, a private company. Commit is not a nonprofit organization, charity, donor-advised fund, charitable trustee, charitable solicitor, payment-holding agent, or fundraising platform.

### Stakes are not donations

A monetary stake is a service fee that may be charged if a user does not complete or verify a commitment. It is not a charitable donation, gift, refundable deposit, wager, contest entry, or tax-deductible contribution by the user.

### No tax receipts

Users do not receive tax receipts for stakes. If Commit makes a charitable contribution from its own revenue, any related tax treatment belongs to Commit.

### No custody, no holding account

Commit does not hold stake funds in trust, in custody, in a separate holding account, or in any fiduciary capacity for users, charities, or third parties.

### Program changes

Commit may modify, pause, or discontinue the Charitable Giving Program with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively alter allocation terms that were clearly shown to a user at the time of signing a Commitment Agreement, unless required by law or platform rules.
